AUTOCOILER : All-in-one Automated Coiling System

Features:

• Cable is transported automatically from the pay-off end to the coiling head end once inserted into the cable transporter. Operator no longer has to manually pull the cable from one machine to the other. This feature improves overall processing time, reducing operator fatigue, producing more, while improving profitability.
• Cable is transported through a spark tester to validate cable integrity.
• Once the coiling operation is complete the machine automatically cuts the wire.
• Tail of wire must be manually secured, or we can automatically apply stretch wrap or wire ties to coil.
