Stationary, Shaftless In-line Powered Pay-out machines for reels, 30” diameter x 11” to 18.750” wide x 2,000 lb. load capacity.

• 3 HP AC Vector Variable speed, dancer controlled, regenerative drive system, 0-60 RPM to accommodate line speeds of up to 150 FPM, based on a 12” minimum drum diameter (with approximately 25% additional capacity). Power requirements, 480 VAC-3 Phase.
• Machine mounted accumulator dancer speed control to maintain line tension and to automatically synchronize speed of the payout machine with the speed of the process line. Provided with 12” diameter sheaves for up to .093” fine wire. Designed to provide approximately 3-5lbs of line tension with adjustable weights.
• Hydraulic pintle positioning system with dual front mounted Joystick loading controls for operator convenience.
