The model SP-HDHSS757 comes with 7.5 HP AC Drive, 480VAC- 3 Phase (voltage can be customized), 0-70 RPM.

Maximum coil weight of 500 lbs. System is capable of pulling from approximately 5,000 lbs. supply reels.

• Heavy duty steel frame construction
• Extended base for stability during coiling with bolt down tabs
• Integrally mounted operator control panel with:
  • On/Off Power Switch
  • Speed Control Potentiometer
  • Operator Safety Footswitch
• 7.5 HP AC Variable Speed Drive System, 0-70 RPM capable of pulling from supply reels weighing up to approximately 5,000 lbs.
• Dynamic Braking
• Zero speed holding to prevent uncoiling when the operator stops the machine.
• Spring applied holding brake to prevent load from rotating during power loss.
• Paint: Reel Power Blue or custom color can be specified
• UL508A listed
• Automatic AC ballscrew traverse system for up to 1” diameter material. Inlcudes hardened rollers and guides to automatically traverse material from left to right/right to left
• Electronic stop to length digital display to allow operator to program slow down and stop length. Also allows for infield calibration of measuring head.
